It has worked great so far. This was part of a kitchen refacing, new countertop and sink project. The color was the same as the new faucet and everything worked great with my new copper sink, countertop, tile backsplash and cabinet refacing. My only complaint is that it all took too long, but it all looks good now and works great!

It's been in under our sink for around a month and still running great. I am disappointed though as we didn't get the brushed Nickel version. The product itself is perfect though and is running like a champ

No versatility for installation

Due to how my sink and pipes are situated, I wasn't able to install the heating element directly below the faucet. Since there wasn't any other way to connect them, I had to look elsewhere for flexible piping that can withstand 200 degree water. It's been a real pain!

When we redid our kitchen we decided to get a refrigerator that didn't have a water dispenser. The model we wanted had one available but you would have to open the refrigerator every time you wanted to use it. We also wanted a hot water dispenser. I drink tea and didn't want to have to heat up a whole pot of water or use the microwave each time I wanted a cup of tea. With the hot/cold water dispenser I get both with a filter. It's great and the style fit perfectly with our other plumbing pieces. Everyone who sees our new kitchen says they wish they had one for their kitchen!

Pros: Ultra hot water. Easy install.
Cons: Lots of rumbling noise when water is heating. Transfers the rumbling sounds to the mounting surface.
