ILVE freestanding ranges bring professional cooking capabilities and Italian craftsmanship into your home kitchen. Since 1952, ILVE has made the ultimate luxury kitchen appliances for home chefs.
ILVE standalone gas ranges are available in the Nostalgie and Professional Plus series with an option of liquid propane or natural gas. The Nostalgie ranges have a timeless look inspired by antique country stoves with modern functionality. The Professional Plus ranges have a modern, minimalist look with stainless steel trim and the same modern functions available on the Nostalgie series ranges. They come in sizes 24-inch, 30-inch, and 36-inch stoves wide with four or five burners and one single oven equipped with convection cooking technology.
ILVE freestanding gas ranges allow you to choose from nine oven cooking modes, including, but not limited to the pizza function that is ideal for cooking pizza or baking bread; the defrost function that quickly defrosts frozen food and brings it up to room temperature; the intense cooking function which is quick intensive cooking, and other oven cooking modes.
Additional features include a griddle, dish warming or storage drawer, sealed burners, continuous cast-iron grates, and more. The highest burner output is 15000-17999.99 BTU. Select freestanding ILVE gas ranges are equipped with self-cleaning ovens.
