It takes a whole lot to get me angry, but paying a bunch of money for a new refrigerator and the door gasket coming off within three days had me livid. I called AppliancesConnection.com's customer service line braced for a fight. After a few minutes, though, my barely contained rage was allayed by the quiet professionalism of the representative on the other end of the line. Within minutes of listening, she directed me to send her some pictures of the damage via my phone and she took steps to make things right within a few days. After prompt field work, the refrigerator works splendidly and I'll gladly work with Appliances Connection again.
