waste of money

5 weeks of use and already not working. randomly blows out cold air. Mostly luke warm to cool air. started making continues beeping noise like someone is pushing buttons, but no one is touching the AC. It changes the settings after I set it up. For example I set it to 69 degrees and every time it starts the random beeping and the display lights up it changes the set temp to 86. Cant even cool off my small kitchen/living area. Beeping keep family up all through the night if we leave it on and if turned off we are cooking in mobile home during heat wave.

I bought this to remotely control and the wifi setup is not only confusing but never has worked. Overall blows out great cold air but being able to remotely control it when I’m away was a big reason for getting it.

Bought this in march to be sure we could get one due to Covid shortage of items, and have installed it for late May. Has nice features, easy to install, nice window bracket, very sturdy. Just wish the button would light up showing it is on. When you use the ECO mode, you actually save power, and forget it's even on. Not real loud, but not quiet. cools quick, am pleased.
