The GE Profile looks great and is the smartest microwave I have ever used. The sensors really work. Do you know how tomato soup is either scalding or too cold when heated using most microwave automatic sensors? Not in this one. The vent blower is high capacity and works well. I rated 4-stars on "expectations" because the internal and external lights are too dim.

A decent replacement for our prior microwave. Touchpad is a bit difficult to push, and some of the reheat options require to many presses to get to your choice. Seems powerful and efficient, however. We do like the "no handle" design.

Very happy I got this appliance from Appliances Connection. They provided a great deal, delivery and customer service throughout the entire order. I like that this unit comes with 1050 power, 3 speed 400-CFM venting, and 10 power levels. It works so much better than my old over the range microwave. Really satisfied

I bought this to replace my previous GE Profile microwave. Love the way this model looks and comes in 4 great colors. I really like having the controls easily accessible on the bottom of the unit. Another thing I like is that this unit does not have a separate handle. On other models I've had, the heat from the range cook top would distort the handle. Also, the handle would be very hot if using the cook top and microwave at the same time. With the opening all the way to the right, when opening the door, it does not get too hot to handle when the stove is used.

Not what I expected.

When we saw this in the showroom it wasn't plugged in but I assumed the control panel would light up. When it was installed, there was no user manual in the box, no turn table support piece, and it was only then that we discovered the control panel was not lighted. You can't read the control unless you have light actually shining on them. It's also only 1050 watts but it seems even less than that. I have to add at least 10% to the time to get the same cooking efficiency as my old MW. all in all, not what we expected.
