The Warming Zone has come in handy to keep vegetables, omelets and other foods from overcooking while waiting for other dishes to finish cooking. Purchased four months ago. No display model so we had to go from pictures and description on-line at the retailer. When delivered it was not what we expected. Everything works well. The warming burner is basically useless for most of our cooking so it is really like having a four burner top which is a major disappointment.
