I own a half-dozen rental properties and installed this GE in all of them. Five years later it's the only appliance I haven't had any complaints about in all units. If I need to replace any, I'll get the exact same thing.

I bought this for my daughter as a wedding present and it came to my house a month before the ceremony. I moved my existing fridge to the garage and set the new one up in my kitchen. I will never again get a refrigerator that doesn't have a frost free feature. Whether on the back bottom shelf or the top front, temperature stays even and I'm never unpleasantly surprised by frozen or spoiled milk.

Funny story. With my old refrigerator, I couldn't put anything in the center back of the top shelf otherwise the vent would get blocked with ice and the rest of the fridge wouldn't get cold. My new GE refrigerator works perfectly no matter what, but I still don't put anything in that same spot out of habit.
