Five humidity levels and temperatures up to 450°F give the home chef ultimate control, while automatic programs and Home Connect offer guidance along the way. The full surface broiler behind glass encourages you to not only perfect your steaming, but also braising, baking, browning, broiling, gratinating, sous-vide cooking and even juice extracting.
A Work In Progress, On Display
As your masterpiece is being created, ensure it is beautifully illuminated. Discreet LEDs stage your dish in soft white light, without glare thanks to a non-reflective rear wall. Appearances matter, so the full-surface broiler is hidden, out of sight behind glass.

Perfect results when cooking and baking. Cook and bake cakes, meat, etc. to perfection using automatic programs. No need to program the mode, temperature, or duration. the degree of cooking and the browning level, e.g. for meat, can be individually defined.
A maximum operating duration is defined for each power stage. If a cooking burner/zone has been operating on the same power setting for an unusually long time, it will switch itself off automatically.
The circulation of air at room temperature enables quicker thawing of frozen food, (without the use of any heat). Ideal for use prior to cooking of ready-made dishes, or cream filled products etc.
The Child Lock function prevents the unit from being accidentally switched on.
