To make your experience a breeze, this unit also provides the best temperature for each cooking function as part of its presets. Cool-touch doors protect you and your family from high temperatures while cooking and during the self-clean cycle. Fulgor Milano's electric double wall oven uses the power of true European convection to guarantee delicious results. With 4.4 cu. ft. of total capacity, you'll have the space to fix large meals for yourself, guests or the whole family. The upper oven includes a meat probe, making it easy to monitor your cooking progress. Oven doors are soft-closing and remain cool to the touch throughout the whole cooking process. Three halogen lights ensure visibility inside the oven, and a self-clean mode takes all the work out of maintaining a clean oven. This unit is sabbath mode capable.
