We bought this cooktop last month and I have love it from the day it was installed in my kitchen. It is very easy to use, easy to control the flame on the burners and it has high-powered heat for quickly boiling water. I just love the feature and the surface is very easy to clean.

My old house had a KitchenAid that I swore by. New house had a cooktop that was past expiration date, so I started reviewing rangetops. The cabinetry wouldn`t accommodate one easily so I went with a cooktop from the Sofia line and I could not be happier with it. It cooks like any far-more-expensive line (I would expect, at least) and its countertop footprint gives me every single centimeter of cooktop as actual cooktop. Plus the price point is insane. The burner`s heat responsiveness to a turn of the knob is instantaneous. On this line all 5 burners are 20k BTU so I don`t have to figure out which pot goes where based on output, although the middle one does have a dual flame so I can simmer a tiny pot there if I like. It doesn`t have an ignition lockout so I was able to cook on it during the power outage/freeze we had in February. I cannot recommend this line or this cooktop more definitively! What a great product!

I have owned gas(propane) ranges for going on 45 years. I have been wanting a gas stove top and double wall ovens. The home we just purchased had a 30 + year old induction cooktop, so I purchased the Fulgor on the recommendation of the salesman. I originally wanted a Heston, but they were way back ordered, and the Fulgor was in stock. They look identical. So, I went for it. One thing to remember, is any range or cooktop that has to be converted to from Natural Gas to LPG will lose BTU�s. No one could tell me how much, but it is what it is. It is a beautiful cooktop, and easy to clean. We have had it a week and time will tell how well it performs over the years. It was a little more than half the cost of the Heston(maybe they make the Heston??? they sure look the same). Thus far I would recommend, plenty of heat, easy to clean, beautiful to look at. Meets all my needs!
