Induction ranges use futuristic technology, by heating pots and pans without the cooktop actually heating up. Induction ranges use electromagnetic energy that only reacts to iron, heating your cookware quickly and evenly, while generally keeping the surface cool and safe to touch. These ranges heat cookware faster than gas and traditional electrical models.
Induction ranges allows you to control temperature more precisely than electric and gas ranges because there isn’t any heat loss while transferring heat from the range to the cookware. When a pot is removed or the range is turned off, heat transfer shuts down instantly, also saving you more energy. For a hybrid experience, we offer induction ranges that use dual fuel, a combination of an electric oven and a gas cooktop with sealed burners. There are many colors available, with brands such as Ilve, Cafe, and AGA offering exotic colors including Graphite, Platinum, and Bisque.
Choose from either a freestanding induction range that can stand alone, or slide-in ranges that slides in between cabinetry and fits flush. Various types of drawers are offered in certain models, including oven, storage, or warming drawers. For different types of your induction oven, there are different trims to choose from such as brass, bronze, chrome, copper. We offer plenty of different sizes to fit your need, with exterior widths ranging from 20” to 66”, total capacities from 3 cubic feet to 4.99 cubic feet. Wi-Fi enabled models gives you the power to use features such as remote access.
