It takes a whole lot to get me angry, but paying a bunch of money for a new refrigerator and the door gasket coming off within three days had me livid. I called AppliancesConnection.com's customer service line braced for a fight. After a few minutes, though, my barely contained rage was allayed by the quiet professionalism of the representative on the other end of the line. Within minutes of listening, she directed me to send her some pictures of the damage via my phone and she took steps to make things right within a few days. After prompt field work, the refrigerator works splendidly and I'll gladly work with Appliances Connection again.

Funny story. With my old refrigerator, I couldn't put anything in the center back of the top shelf otherwise the vent would get blocked with ice and the rest of the fridge wouldn't get cold. My new Frigidaire refrigerator works perfectly no matter what, but I still don't put anything in that same spot out of habit.

I purchased this refrigerator last year when I was living in Florida. Everybody in my family is still very impressed by how functional it is.
