We went with this oven since it had convection and we could find a matching built in microwave with trim kit to match. The buying experience online, price and free shipping went very well. I was impressed. The oven arrived wrapped and seemingly intact. While removing the items shipped inside the cavity I found three screws that were lose in the oven. I never found where they came from and was slightly concerned. Also, the sliding rack mildly scratched the inside of the oven either in shipping or when assembled. I am not sure I can blame either of these issues on the seller, it seemed to be manufacture packing related. Regardless I installed the oven and we love it. It cooks even, has all the features we need, and it looks nice. We would buy this again.

I bought Frigidaire dishwasher, microwave and this oven all together, it`s been several months and I haven`t had any problems with any of this appliances, they all work flawlessly. This oven does a great job, tried it 3 or 4 times to bake cookies and on thanksgiving to cook a turkey and they all came perfect! It was such a satisfying experience. Definitely recommend it. Great brand, great products

Gigantic piece of garbage

Working with frigidaire has been the worst experience I have ever had when working with a major appliance manfacturer. I bought a new house with a new oven in June of 2021. The oven hasn't worked since day 1. It will not maintain temperature, it's h a constant grinding noice. I've had to contact frigidaire 6 times. They are almost impossible to get in touch with. You can't leave a message. Their auto attendant says that they are busy and to call later. A TOTAL joke of a company. They do not care about their customers at all!!!! From what I can tell, they are owned by Electrolux......I'll never buy another one of either of ther products. Truly a TERRIBLE experience!!!!!
