The two oven racks really come in handy so I can make extra room to bake sides with my dish. The keep warm setting is very helpful especially when something comes up and I have to leave the kitchen unattended for while. Came just in time and looks beautiful in my remodeled kitchen

Controls as nice but would have preferred true "touch controls". You have to push on the selections and there is concerns that over time this could show wear and tear and would have to be replaced.
