We love these Ice boxes, they serve our needs in a Lab area in a major Chemical Complex. We use them to keep retain samples at 34 degrees, I have 6 of them so far, and it may stop there.

Pros: Great Appearance

Cons: none really, they so make a little ice, but it may be due to the fact that we keep them so cold.

Too loud, freezes and leaks inside

We have had this for about 6 months and it has been the loudest appliance in our kitchen. I agree with other reviewers of where it sounds like a flock of doves are in our kitchen along with a small motor noise. We constantly are seeing water at the bottom of the cooler and it freezes up when we have a full cooler. The picture shows that you can have the cooler full however the cooler doesn't allow that without having a puddle at the bottom and the noise of it trying to strain to cool. Overall I would not recommend this unless you like the sound of a motor in your kitchen.

We bought this bought unit a few years ago for our cabin and turn it off when not in use. Just like a previous review, it sounds like a flock of doves in our kitchen. It has recently gotten frozen up and leaked through our ceiling (that had to be repaired). This doesn't have an interior fan to circulate the cold air which seems to be the freeze up problem. We can't put a lot of beverages in it or other wise they will freeze and explode. Its always the cans in the back (due to no circulation).

Most attractive unit on the market - terrible performance! Time to listen to your customers - redesign this unit and include an evaporator fan so that the cold from the freeze plate can be circulated throughout the interior. That alone will likely remedy the unit NEVER reaching the set temperature. Looks great but does not provide COLD beverages! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
