I purchased this a year ago and have been using it daily. It's big enough that 2 people can use the cooktop at the same time comfortably. I converted mine to propane, the conversion kit came with it. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow in one section. As for cooking, it's wonderful. The oven temps are accurate, we love the roller bearing oven racks. We mostly use the largest 2 burners on the cooktop because they are 2 burners in one. We use the outside ring on high to quickly heat things up, then turn it down to low which only lights the inside small simmer burner to finish. The cast iron griddle is great, we purchased another one so half the range top can be used as a griddle for large party cooking, leaving the other half for heating food in pots. The smaller oven will cook tri tip just as well as the larger one and the extra capacity is nice. You will want a really good range hood, our range hood has 3 speeds maxing out at 1200 cfm which does all the work needed to keep the heat and smoke out of the kitchen. After a year of constant use, it still can be cleaned up to look like new. The grates and griddle are large and heavy, you'll want a large single basin sink to clean them.

This is a basic range with burners. We have just had it about 3 weeks. It works very well. The burners light quickly and give good heat. The oven gets to temp and recovers quickly. I bought my mom the same stove and she loves it.
