It takes a whole lot to get me angry, but paying a bunch of money for a new refrigerator and the door gasket coming off within three days had me livid. I called AppliancesConnection.com's customer service line braced for a fight. After a few minutes, though, my barely contained rage was allayed by the quiet professionalism of the representative on the other end of the line. Within minutes of listening, she directed me to send her some pictures of the damage via my phone and she took steps to make things right within a few days. After prompt field work, the refrigerator works splendidly and I'll gladly work with Appliances Connection again.

Having three kids in elementary school, this Forte refrigerator's temp controlled deli drawer is crazy convenient. I can have a week's worth of sandwiches ready for everyone to grab and they don't get soggy at all! Kudos to the person who thought of this.

I will never again get a refrigerator that doesn't have a frost free feature. Whether on the back bottom shelf or the top front, temperature stays even and I'm never unpleasantly surprised by frozen or spoiled milk.

I started brewing my own beer a month ago and this Forte refrigerator is perfect with its different climate zones. Whether storing tripels (Yeah, I know they're supposed to be room temperature. I like them a little colder.), stouts, or pilsners, they can all be in the same fridge at their ideal temperatures.
