It takes a whole lot to get me angry, but paying a bunch of money for a new refrigerator and the door gasket coming off within three days had me livid. I called AppliancesConnection.com's customer service line braced for a fight. After a few minutes, though, my barely contained rage was allayed by the quiet professionalism of the representative on the other end of the line. Within minutes of listening, she directed me to send her some pictures of the damage via my phone and she took steps to make things right within a few days. After prompt field work, the refrigerator works splendidly and I'll gladly work with Appliances Connection again.

I found out that when my apartment's refrigerator died the landlord wouldn't be replacing it and I'd have to provide my own. With the help of AppliancesConnection.com, I was able to find this Fisher Paykel fridge which is the perfect size and cost less than I was willing to spend. It also has rollers on the bottom if I ever need to move with it. I'm planning on buying a house very soon and will certainly be shopping at AppliancesConnection.com at that point.
