It does the job, but I cannot get it to stop leaking around the adaptor connector. Clothes get clean and dry, which is what is important. Takes a long time for each very small load, so laundry takes all day

Unhooking From the Faucet Requires Caution

Recommended Product:

The faucet coupler and Y-connector do not make a secure connection, allowing slight leaks, and engendering fear that it will shoot off and spray water. Talking of spraying water: there is no pressure relief mechanism to bleed out remaining water in the lines before disengaging the coupler from the tap. This is a serious flaw. Even with the faucet shut off, disengaging the coupler results in an explosive blast of water. It is recommended that one shut off the tap before the machine completes a load: after the final rinse fill for vented drying or Wash Only, and at the 12-minute mark during condenser drying (the cold-water stream that facilitates condensing action shuts off at 10 minutes remaining). The casters, while mostly plastic, are holding up well. Locking them down and releasing the locks is easy and effortless using either hands or feet. In locked position, they do a very capable job at keeping the machine from "walking across the floor" during the more violent portions of the spin-dry portion.

Ordered this sight unseen based on dimensions, vented and non-vented capability, winterizing option and low water consumption for our cottage. Reviews were mixed and I’ve never heard of the company name but loved the specs and ordered it anyway. A real Customer service person (Beverly) called to confirm purchase and capabilities who was extremely helpful. I mean how often does that happen. Then once received I had a text message (Carolyn) with a name and number should I have any questions or problems! After several loads all I can say is WOW, what a great little machine. Nice build quality, super quiet and does a great job. Yes, It’s smaller then a normal machine but just perfect for us right now. I measured correctly and it fit in my closet after some re-arranging. Running on 110vac is a bonus, but it does take longer to dry and I really don’t care as I’m Sitting at home, and not Sitting in a public laundry anymore. Great product and customer service. Highly recommend.

I really like the fact that this washer/dryer combo does it all in one but thank goodness I keep it on our porch because where the coin catcher is it seems to hold water & I have to drain it at least every other load or the clothes don’t dry very good & it’s about 1/4 to 1/2 cup that drains out which is the only disappointing aspect of this combo but other than that under my circumstances needing a small unit & 110 plug it’s great & does what I need it to do or I would have given this rating a 5 star!

Recommended Product:

We bought this Combo for our RV. It fit the space and was easy to hook up. We then ran some loads through it. It worked better than expected. The clothes came out clean and very dry even though we had it on the condensing dry. The washer is also very quite and very to program and use. I am very happy with it and would recommend it.

A Capable Little Machine

Recommended Product:

This machine lacks an internal water heater, a serious flaw for a machine at this price point. Setup is quick and easy, and can be done with basic household tools, and the manual is clear and well-written. Washing and rinsing are thorough. This unit copes with unbalanced loads better than most modern front loaders - it is hypersensitive to unbalanced conditions and fusses around trying to correct an unbalance as others do, but it resumes spinning in a fraction of the time. There is no Spin Only cycle; there are Drain Only and Rinse and Spin. Using condenser drying is as expected: very dry sections of fabric in some places; damp spots throughout. The Wrinkle Guard feature lazily flops the laundry one turn of the tub, and the fan does not engage while doing so. Ignoring the preset heat levels and playing around with manually setting them is recommended to prevent over drying and onset of wrinkles. Sensor drying is not completely reliable but is acceptably accurate. It is unclear whether a solid-state electronic sensor is employed, or if a primitive dampness sensor is used. Worse, the drying cycles do not appear to include a cooldown portion. As mentioned re: no water heater, a sanitize feature with boosted wash water is not available in the wash portion, and no steam is available to make a sanitize feature in the dry portion. Control panel buttons and dial are plastic and do not feel particularly sturdy, but the unit overall has a solid feel to it. There is no mechanism for venting where the machine is installed, so there is no review of drying using vent mode. Water is left in the soap drawer after cycles are complete. One suspects that the unit may make use of the drawer to conduct the incoming cold-water stream needed to facilitate the condensing process. This machine was only recently purchased, so no comment can be made on reliability. It worked as expected right out of the box, and fit-and-finish have held up well at this time.
