When the washer i ordered arrived, it was the wrong color. I was annoyed because I was under the impression I'd paid a good price and thought, "You pay for what you get." When I called Appliances Connection with my grievance, they were very understanding and professional. Everything was cleared up in no time. Will certainly deal with them again.

I bought this Front Load washer to myself as a birthday present. Before it arrived, i removed my old washer to clear the space. My old washer was also working but then it did not had the features that I need, so I took it to the basement and left it there. When, the delivery guys from Appliances connection came, they installed the washer and showed us the instructions and They were so nice throughout the whole procedure. It was very enjoyable experience for mw. The machine itself is okay and Appliances connection's customer service is on point.

I don't usually leave reviews for products or appliances but I felt compelled to for this Electrolux washer. I didn't realize how bad my old washer was until I got this one. So much quieter and quicker. I actually feel like my clothes are cleaner if that's possible.

I had this washer delivered by AppliancesConnection.com back in June and it's been fantastic. Lots of options that my old washers lacked. I am glad we settled on the Front Load design also.

The appliance looks great, is easy to use and was really affordable given the features that are included in it. My old dryer was smaller and definitely looked dated, so this sleek look and advanced tech was a welcomed change. Super pleased with this purchase!
