I bought this Front Load washer to myself as a birthday present. Before it arrived, i removed my old washer to clear the space. My old washer was also working but then it did not had the features that I need, so I took it to the basement and left it there. When, the delivery guys from Appliances connection came, they installed the washer and showed us the instructions and They were so nice throughout the whole procedure. It was very enjoyable experience for mw. The machine itself is okay and Appliances connection's customer service is on point.

I'm not sure if my old dryer was just old or bad or that this new Electrolux one is just leaps and bounds better. It dries quickly and quietly and seems to be better at catching lint.
