The online ordering process was easy and the follow up description of how the freezer would be delivered was clear. Everything went according to plan. We received an email indicating the time and day of the arrival of the freezer. It was delivered within that time frame in perfect condition. The freezer works well and is the perfect size for what we wanted.

A well-made freezer. Good value for the price. Shelves are well designed. Cools well. The door closure needs a nudge to close properly; the door magnet could be stronger to facilitate a more secure door-closure. I recommend this product.
