    I wanted a dryer that would get rid of wrinkles and dry heavy blankets with no problem. My step-dad swears by Danby appliances and has them in his kitchen and his laundry room so I thought I'd give them a shot. I'm so glad I did! I couldn't be happier with my new Danby dryer!!

    1) Product: Bought DDY060WDB in mid to late January of 2020. How time is flying this 2020. Dryer has been excellent. Perhaps the best part is how serviceable the unit is! And currently, parts are available thru Danby if God forbid ever necessary. By the way the self-contained filtering system is excellent! Fine mesh screen + pad. Shop-vac it clean after every use and never a problem. Thought I needed the Indoor-Lint-Trap Filter, which is hooked up to the dryer. Turns out it is totally unnecessary. Virtually no lint is ever even in the water tray of the I.L.T.F. You have to use the dryer many many many times before any lint can be discerned in the water. But - at least I have an oversized air freshener for my apartment which perfumes the whole place ... 2) Appliance Connection: I remember AC did a real good job on their web site of educating what the delivery expectations are. I bought both my danby compact washer and dryer through AC. (washer abt a year earlier) There may have been one or two kinks in getting the product, but because AC does a good job on their web site of setting the delivery expectations in advance, plus, realizing the logistics of getting Canadian Danby product delivered directly to me, I can truly say I had an excellent delivery experience when all was said and done. Got a real good deal too! Love love love doing laundry. No going offsite, and the inside always smells so so good! Images uploaded for reference.

    Very nice dryer that dries very well but takes a little longer than a full size dryer. Like that it's very light and easy to move. One bad thing is that the exhaust chute keeps falling off the back of the dryer.
