The Best Induction Ranges of 2023
I cook and bake a LOT and this range is a dream come true. I was concerned that the gas burners wouldn't simmer low enough. Not a problem, even without the use of the simmer plate, I find I have enough control to get the heat down to a smooth simmer. The included griddle is non stick and heats evenly to make perfect pancakes and french toast while cleaning up easily. The controls are easy to use and the burners ignite reliably every time. The ovens are truly amazing. I can bake three dozen cookies in the larger oven set on convection in 5 minutes. I could probably bake even more in there, but I have not yet purchased any additional oven racks (though I plan to!). The smaller oven heats just as evenly as the large and is great for everything from breads to casseroles to meats.
