I love this new washer. This washer is extremely quiet. I really like that I can do laundry when everyone is asleep.

I like the smaller form factor however, we are unfortunately having problem with the washer. It is making an unusual uncharacteristic noise during many of the cycles where it requires diagnosis by Bosch warranty technician. I had high hopes for this washer and dryer pair as I have a small laundry space. We`ll see how we do with the technician.

the delivery staff were really helpful. the cost of them handling everything is soooo cheap. not sure if it is industry standard but I will shop here again. they are very comfortable with giving you a good deal.

Solve Bosch electrical plug problem

I only bought the washer and had to find a solution for the unusual electrical plug. I had a 250 V outlet in my laundry room, but it was an outlet for a dryer and the washer plug didn`t fit into the outlet. A company called AC Connectors looked at all the electrical specifications of the washing machine, the plug and my existing outlet and recommended an adapter (AC WORKS [S1450620-012] 1FT STW 10/3 RV/Range/Generator 14-50P 50Amp Plug to 6-20R 15/20Amp 250Volt Adapter). An electrician could have changed the outlet, but when I showed him my adapter solution, he agreed that this adapter would be an easy and less expensive solution. The adapter can be ordered from Amazon or directly from AC Connector. I really like the Bosch washing machine.
