Pros: Quiet - I wouldn`t know it was running if not for the red light on the floor indicating it`s on. Easy to operate - the buttons pretty much spell it out for you - on/off, hold the reset button for 3 seconds if you want to change the wash/dry settings, then push the buttons for your new settings Utensil storage - the third rack, upright utensil holder, and the flip down utensil holders allow for so much utensil storage. I can bake all day and still fit every utensil used in one of the three cleaning areas. Clean, dry dishes - I`m confused by the reviews that state it doesn`t dry the dishes. My dishes are extremely clean and dry every time I unload them and I do not open the door immediately after a cycle to air dry. The only dishes that have any moisture when I take them out are my mugs that have a small well in the bottom and I`m unaware of any dishwasher that can evaporate standing water. Bottle storage/sanitize function - we homebrew and can fit and sanitize a case of bottles in the bottom rack! Bosch customer service - I submitted a question regarding the protective film on the exterior of the machine to the Bosch customer support team and received an answer in less than 12 hours. That`s the type of service that will keep me brand loyal for a long time to come. Cons: Not really a con if your previous dishwasher has the electrical and water lines in the rear vs. bottom of the appliance. This appliance is flat on the bottom so you cannot have any electrical or plumbing lines in or out of the bottom of the machine. Ours were not in the correct place so we did have to call both professionals in to change it, but we consider it an investment for future appliances, if needed.

This washer is nice. It is very quiet, has no buttons on the front for little kids to press, shines a red light on the floor while running, and does a really good job cleaning the dishes. What more could you want? A real nice feature of this is the third rack, which allows you to put a ton of small things, or perhaps silverware, up there. Very nice. Second rack is easily adjustable. Also nice. This type of washer has a little filter that you clean out, rather than a grinder/food disposal. It`s very easy to clean but you should remember do it once in a while. The washer also suggests all over the place that you use a rinse aid. I don`t see myself doing that. The default cycle is long...two hours. It has a 60 minute cycle that uses a little more water and energy and is handy if you have a second load you want to do. By default dishes come out more wet than expected, but there is a setting for that too. You can also turn up or down (or off) the audio notification when it`s done. Did the install myself and it was simple. Incoming water connection was at the back of the washer, so you don`t need such a long hose. This also means you should use a flexible hose since you will need to pull the washer out before you can disconnect it.

Pros: third rack, cleans well, quiet

Cons: a little expensive

I�m very impressed with this dishwasher. It was easy to install and has been easy to use. The control pane on top provides custom cycles and it�s super quiet. I most especially like the utensil tray at the top - very convenient.

We had a Bosch in our previous house and we knew that we would like to have one in our next house as well. We lasted about a year with a dishwasher that came with the house, however we could not get used to it. So, we ordered a new Bosch since we knew what we were getting. We are not disappointed. It is quite and efficient. My husband said that it was easy to install for him.

I rated Ease of Use a 4 star because initially when stating the machine it takes a couple of minutes to notice if the machine is operating by any form of sound. It is very quiet. Also to use all the operational modes they have to be programmed into the machine via setup. Other than that the it holds a lot of dishes, is easy to operate when setup and is very quiet.

Best dishwasher I have every used in my long life. So quiet, they put an LED light shining onto the floor to tell you it`s running; otherwise, you wouldn`t know. Tested many times with a variety of really soiled, baked-on dishes, some left for a week before running, and ALL have come out spotless. No dishwasher I have ever used has EVER done that. Here are the drawbacks: 1) Does not come with the required water intake adaptor or hose 2) When closed, you cannot read the display as it is under the edge of the counter 3) It takes 2 hours for a normal cycle to complete, almost 3 for a heavy duty 4) There is no indication of where it is in the cycle being run, only time remaining 5) Installation and operating instructions could both be better, more clear. This is a really well built and amazing performer. Good value. A good choice. Appliances Connection also did a great job, especially considering the difficult situation. Excellent communication and service.

We bought this for our remodel and am very happy with our purchase. We don`t have to have everything super dry when opening the dishwasher as we don`t mind leaving the door open to airdry. Some people may find that annoying, like those that cannot leave their clothes washer door open to avoid a musty smell, but we find it saves energy, good for the planet and is rather a simple thing to do. Love the 3rd rack, but beware that the ad pictures Bosch shows for loading cutlery on this website is not the recommended method in the User Manual. I don`t know why their picture is backward compared to how they show it in the User Manual.
