The dishwasher has so many features that are perfect for me. A sliding top drawer for large utensils. The silverware compartment doesn't let things fall through. The 2 direction bottom drawer seems to fit more than any dishwasher I've had in the past. Cleans great! But my favorite is how quiet it runs. We purchased this dishwasher for our 53rd anniversary. Installation was easy. We love the third rack for silverware, knives & utensils and the adjustable bottom & middle racks. We can get many more pots, pans, bowls, lids, etc in this dishwasher than previous models we have owned and find that there is much less hand-washing of dishes. We've had several dishwashers in our house and by and far this is the best we've ever had. It's quiet, does a great job on dirty, caked on messes and you can't hear it running. But the feature I love the most is the 3rd silverware rack. No bending over to the basket on the bottom rack and because you can remove the silverware basket, it gives you more room for dishes if you have a big party. Remote Start / Home Connect / Alexa

This dishwasher was installed today, I haven't even run it once, and I'm already disappointed. I purchased this unit, despite it's high price tag, due to its Remote Start functionality compatible with Alexa. At this point, Alexa compatibility isn't the issue; I'd settle for being able to start the dishwasher from the HomeConnect app. However, and this is a HUGE miss on the Bosch tech team, you have to enable Remote Start every time you open the door. Hands down, the single best use case for Remote Start is if you've forgotten to start the dishwasher and want to run the cycle from another room (upstairs for example). If I forgot to click the Remote Start button, I have to go down to the dishwasher at which point I might as well start the cycle from the unit itself. This makes NO SENSE. I'd be delighted if I were wrong but it looks like I've purchased a dishwasher at an extreme premium and could have saved money on a cheaper unit that would have performed the same if not better with the same features. Remote Start is not a feature if you have to enable it every time the door opens FROM THE UNIT ITSELF.
