Fantastic for hard water

Sprung for this benchmark model because it was the only non-ADA Bosch with a water softener at the time. My previous dishwasher just wasnï¿½t getting the job done, and So we desperately splurged to see if throwing money at this problem would work. And boy did it! So far it has been magical - everything weï¿½ve thrown at it has come out sparkling and spotless. Crusted over rice pot, no problem. Travel mugs with years of accumulated coffee stains, now shiny again. Fully packed after dinner party with woks and cutting boards stacked jenga-style, perfect. Dishes and pots crusted over after water was out for three days at our house, now spotless. You get the idea. We had one clog or air lock in the drain hose, but I was incredibly impressed with the display information, provided error code, symptom, and troubleshooting steps, which did resolve the issue. Was also super impressed with installers contracted by appcon, white glove installation was actually the luxury it is supposed to be (we have been burned by so many installers before that this was a great surprise)

This dishwasher has everything I've asked for. Works with no noise, nice and peaceful, flexible third rack is comfortable. The unit washes dishes thoroughly and leaves them spotless as intended.

This dishwasher was purchased in July 2017 to replace a broken one. It is in the center of an open concept home so it needed to be quiet. The sales staff at the appliance center told us that we would need to look for the light because we wouldn't hear the dishwasher running - he was correct!! It is super quiet! We love the third drawer feature which is so convenient for small items and they don't get lost down into the bottom of the dishwasher! The only downside is the evaporative drying feature. If there is the slightest lip on any item there will be a pool of water at the end. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits. Highly recommended!
