Sprung for this benchmark model because it was the only non-ADA Bosch with a water softener at the time. My previous dishwasher just wasnt getting the job done, and So we desperately splurged to see if throwing money at this problem would work. And boy did it! So far it has been magical - everything weve thrown at it has come out sparkling and spotless. Crusted over rice pot, no problem. Travel mugs with years of accumulated coffee stains, now shiny again. Fully packed after dinner party with woks and cutting boards stacked jenga-style, perfect. Dishes and pots crusted over after water was out for three days at our house, now spotless. You get the idea. We had one clog or air lock in the drain hose, but I was incredibly impressed with the display information, provided error code, symptom, and troubleshooting steps, which did resolve the issue. Was also super impressed with installers contracted by appcon, white glove installation was actually the luxury it is supposed to be (we have been burned by so many installers before that this was a great surprise)
