Thumbs up. Agonized for months on gas ranges and the many options. We have the 30� RCS and I�ve reinvigorated my enthusiasm for cooking. I�ve been using for about 8 months now. Potential issues/concerns: The front stainless surface in front of the burner deck is prone to scratching with harder bumps and scrapes. It�s in a high traffic area with pots and pans coming and going. Doesn�t really bother us, as we consider it normal wear and tear. Minor issue for us. Also, I�ve seen complaints about hot exteriors but not an issue with the,bv2 model. The vent along the back does get hot but it is there to vent the oven. I do a lot of pizzas and sourdough where I want a 500+ oven, so this has not been an issue. I don�t consider my self a pro baker, but it has been fully successful for pies, pizzas, larger bread boule�s, broiling, etc. etc. for my abilities and expectations. The great: open burners! Yeah! Looks and feels great. Great simmer. Knob control could maybe have a little better distribution of flame control through the rotation, but it gets to where it needs to be, or maybe theres a fine adjustment I could do. No issues with clogging. The grates are all easy to remove and clean (I�ve just been putting them into the dishwasher occasionally). Everything feels solid. After 8 months, no issues with the ignition. I almost upsized to a 36� during a light kitchen redo, but the 30� is plenty enough stove for us and I move some larger pots across it. Like I said, this simple stove has reinvigorated my excitement for cooking.
