The oven preheats to 450 in about ten minutes and cooks SO evenly. I love the ability to use the simmer burner as well.

Great stove so far, easy to clean and very big for a Normal stove. Oven works great. I especially appreciate the many combinations of area heating that can be used on the top of the range. I love this Blomberg range so much!!!
