Helix Technology
Improving the HydroVection's unique design with a process optimizing of efficiency within the oven cavity. Using rapid and precise forced evacuation of moisture from the cooking chamber, it will remove laten moisture from the cavity, enabled through the vent key with manually of in the product program. The results are extraordinary in taste, looks and quality of a wide range of foods - from prime cut steaks to artisan beads and even frozen pizza. SmartTouch Touchscreen Control
Easy to use, touchscreen interface that can hold up to 255 recipes and allows you to cook with timer and core probe simultaneously. Including shelf timing, cooking compensation and multi-shelf recipe, you can choose from 4 different fan speeds. This ersatile feature provides whatever airflow you need, from gentle for delicate pastry items to turbo for fast browning and gratine. The fan reverses direction automatically resulting in a consistent, even bake. You also have the ability to increase or decrease the cavity moisture in 10% increments to best suit your cooking.

Saves Water
A thermostatically controlled quench system means water is allowed to cool before being released down the drain. Some manufacturer’s mix cold water with the heated quench to cool it resulting in additional water essentially being washed down the drain.
