Work of art. Not only is this dual fuel range an Italian masterpiece, it makes cooking an enjoyable experience. The quality of the painting process is not truly appreciated until you see it up close. The details are typical of Italian manufacturing -style and functionality, right down to the two high output burner caps which are the same that grace the door emblem. Seriously, this oven purrs like a Ferrari when you cook ;) The oven is massive and allows for quick & efficient cooking -a lot of air space. Having the additional heating elements in the rear with two fans makes convection work precisely. The convection setting allows for multiple sheet pans to be cooking at the same time without the transferring of flavors. The only thing I wish the oven had was two sets of telescoping rack slides. I will be ordering a second set. As for the cooktop. The heavy-duty cast-iron grates handle the heaviest LeCreuset and Lodge cast iron pans with ease. Brass burners move gas at a perfect and consistent rate to make cooktop work a joy. You will boil water in no time on the dual high output burners -just make sure the pot is big enough to cover the flame output. I find myself using the small burner more than I thought I would too.
