I`ve had nothing but problems since I received this oven. Initially, the oven temperature wasn`t regulating, and would frequently heat up 100 to 200 degrees over the desired set temperature. After 6-8 visits and replacing the thermostat twice, it now only heats up to a more manageable 50 degrees higher than the desired set temperature. Now, the oven randomly shuts off after cooking for 40 minutes or so. So, I have to constantly monitor the oven when baking bread and braising. Sadly, it won`t restart again until it cools down to 200 degrees. This basically ruins the baking process. I`ve ruined more bread than I care to remember. I`ve had over 12 tech visits and they`ve since replaced the thermocoupler, but the problem still isn`t solved. I would highly recommend choosing a different brand. They`ve refused to replace my oven so far, but they stated they would "elevate" my issue, but I`m not holding my breath. Not worth the headache. Update 11/18/2019: This is an update to my previous review. About two weeks ago, I noticed my oven wasn`t turning on. It just wouldn`t ignite. The technician came out and had to order a part (modulator). So, now I won`t have use of my $4,000 oven for Thanksgiving. I haven`t heard from Bertazzoni since my issue had been "elevated" about a month ago. I guess these guys would rather replace every part of my oven than just admit they sold me a lemon and replace it.
