Bring the essence of Northern Italy to your kitchen with the impeccable performance of cooktops from Bertazzoni. Bertazzoni cooktops are available in sizes that range from a compact 24” in width up to an expansive 48” width.
Bertazzoni gas cooktops from the Professional and Master Series are great for those passionate about cooking. All have sealed burners which allows for a more even flame while helping contain spills. Select Bertazzoni rangetops can even include a griddle, so you’ll be able flip flawless pancakes any day of the week. All are offered in a stainless steel finish, being a perfect fit for any premium kitchen.
Bertazzoni electric cooktops and induction cooktops differ from their gas counterparts with a smoothtop surface that provides even heating and requires low maintenance. Some models have rotary knobs to precisely control temperatures, while others feature digital user interfaces that only need a few taps of your finger to get the heat started. Induction cooktops take it to the next level using induction technology where heat is only generated when proper induction cookware is on the zone.
For a more versatile cooking surface, segmented cooktops can include gas burners, a griddle, and/or induction elements. Some feature a dual-stacked power burner which allows you to achieve scorching high temperatures for seared steaks, along with being able to reach low and slow temperatures for simmers.
