Due to Covid freezers were har to come by. Doing a web search I found appliance connections. They were the only ones to have a tentative ship date and the price was decent. I waited many months for this due to covid but I must say every timeI contacted customer service about updates, the service reps were very friendly, knowledgable and understanding. I ordered in April (I believe) and finally received the freezer in July. The delivery went exactly as I was told it would, although it did get hung up a few more days in transit. All in all I am very satisfied and will use Appliance connection!

So happy I got this with Appliances Connection. They provided the best deal, delivery and customer service. I like how this model comes with defrost drain, adjustable temperature control, and easy to clean interior. It works much better than our old freezer and looks great in my basement.

I bought this item during the pandemic and it was worth the price and the wait. Just the right size and it keeps all my foods at the right temperature. I have received so many positive comments on how small compact it looks on the outside and how much space is on the inside. I have a family member that is going to purchase this item.
