This dishwasher replaced a builder-grade, low-quality noise machine that only cleaned dishes that had already been scrubbed clean. I am impressed by so many aspects of this dishwasher. First, I cannot believe how quiet it is. I had to check multiple times the first time it was run to see if it was working! I cannot hear it at all, no matter which cycle it is on. I have not connected the app using bluetooth yet, so no comment there. I really like that it cracks open when the cycle is done to vent the steam. The third rack is really nice - the center part is adjustable in height. If there are a lot of big items on the other racks, the third rack doesn`t always get spotless. We will be building a new house next year and I plan on purchasing this exact same dishwasher. Another thing to note that is not a big deal is that the plumber who installed the dishwasher said Samsungs are on the more difficult side. I am clueless about that type of thing, but I guess it took longer than average. No big deal because he had zero problems getting it done. The design is sleek and I like that the buttons are on the top of the door and stay hidden from tiny fingers. This is silly, but my favorite thing is the happy little song it sings when the cycle is done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DISHWASHER!!! My neighbor bought one as well and loves it. I am kicking myself for living with the builder-grade dishwasher for almost 4 years when this dream machine was available.
