I did my homework on researching what refrigerator would fit my family. After a few "minor" bad reviews...I chose the whirlpool side by side because of it`s size and all the good reviews I did read. People complain it`s loud and I honestly don`t get that. Mine is quiet. If you complain about a super loud noise...then you need to call for maintenance on it. The ice machine is probably the loudest on the refrigerator because it`s in the door. To me that`s not even loud. Everyone has opinions. Do your homework, read reviews. Most of all whatever you choose ALWAYS get an extended warranty. I`m happy so far with my purchase. I would highly recommend!

We were without a fridge for 2 months when our two year old LG bottom freezer died. After arguing with Home Depot the entire time, we decided to purchase our new fridge elsewhere. SO glad we tried out this company. They were extremely nice and professional and I loved receiving all of the updates letting me know where my fridge was in the process. As for this machine itself, when looking for someone to repair our LG, we had multiple technicians let us know not to purchase a lower freezer again...something to do with poor engineering and compressors burning out as a result, which is what happened to ours. They told us to get a good old fashioned side by side Whirlpool. They last forever and if anything ever broke, parts would be easy to come by. Could not be happier with this fridge! Sleek, quality, and SO spacious.

VERY good price and excellent delivery experience. Paid via PayPal. Was kept appraised of delivery date and time via email. DIY dishwasher installation also went well. Dishwasher is working very well and was designed well, although this model is not as nice as some of the earlier Whirlpool models 12 years ago. Will check out Appliance Connection for future purchases.
