Certain clients who use and take advantage of Alfresco's high-end cooking equipment include chefs Emeril Lagasse, Mario Batali, Jean George and Wolfgang Puck. Popular franchise restaurants who use Alfresco brand appliances include Applebee's, Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, TGIFridays and Houston's. The Alfresco team which include Jeff Bernstein (CEO), Jeff Elliott (COO), Edwin Hovsepian (CFO), and Seiden (VP Sales & Marketing have been cooperating and innovating with one another within the food service industry ever since 1980s. One particular note is that Jeff Elliot built the first Viking range prototype with the team's earlier incarnation, Jade Range.
