- Insulated Covers
This is what it's all about when it comes to AGA ovens--their glossy, shimmering twin insulated covers! don't let the non-threatening warmth fool you. Sure, the covers might feel relatively cool...but once you pop those open, they're hot inside and instantly ready to cook.
- Boiling Plate
it's a pretty big plate. How big? Big enough to hold three average sized saucepans at once without breaking a sweat. That's pretty big. And if size isn't impressive enough, this boiling plate is also capable of boiling water faster than most electric kettles. it's like the Flash of water boiling.
- Heat Source
Doesn't take much to jump-start an AGA oven once operating temperature is reached. Just a little bit of energy from your heat source of choice (natural gas, propane gas, oil, and electricity) should do the trick to keep it functional.
- Simmering Plate
don't burn your eggs with the boiling plate. Instead, use the much gentler simmering plate. Like the boiling plate, it too possesses the herculean capacity of holding three average sized saucepans at once. And it can also be used as a griddle.
- Roasting Oven
Like mostly every other feature of AGA ovens, it's all about capacity, size, and efficiency. The roasting oven (also capable of grilling and baking) is no exception to the trend. Boasting a spacious interior, large enough to fit a 28lb bird to feet your entire household with.
- Baking Oven
you'll find these in most 3 to 4 oven AGAs. If you love to bake (anything from biscuits, breads, and cakes) then this appliance's moderate temperature is a perfect match for your culinary pursuits.
