They were very courteous. The dishwasher is working very well. I love the fact that the silverware holder is in the door as opposed to inside the dishwasher. Very easy to use. GE refused to do anything about this awful dishwasher even after we offered to PAY to upgrade to a more expensive model So we sold it and bought this Whirlpool.Our new Whirlpool is whisper quiet, cleans like a dream, easy to load and I love the silverware in the door feature - it allows them to get very clean and frees up room in the lower basket. I will NEVER OWN ANYTHING BUT A WHIRLPOOL dishwasher - EVER!!
