The grill itself has the classic 22.5in porcelain-coated bowl and lid, with a durable built-in thermometer, and includes the easy-to-use One-Touch cleaning system that makes removing ash simple and quick. Just twist the handle on the deep spill-resistant ash can and it will drop down without getting tangled in the grill's legs. Never drop ashes all over the patio again.
The durable Thermoset work table has plenty of room for food preparation, sauces, and includes a Tuck-Away lid holder to keep the lid upright while you are working inside the grill. The heavy duty cart comes with 2 locking casters and the 2 larger all-weather wheels are crack proof. The cart also has a lower shelf for storage AND a flip-out weather-protected CharBin for storing your charcoal.
The 363 square inch hinged grill grate has flip-up sides for adding more charcoal while indirect grilling. The hinges on the edges allow for adding more charcoal or stoking the fire at any point throughout your cook. The Performer even comes with Weber's awesome Char-Basket Charcoal Fuel holders.
