Rated 1 out of 5 by from toooo soft I bought this pillow top a year ago and it felt so great in the store. Cushy, yet firm. But I will never by a pillow top again! They sag very quickly and my back, neck, and shoulders are achy every morning. I even returned the first pillow top and got a firmer one and thought I had solved the problem. Two months later, it is dipping so low where I have slept that night. If I move myself to the area I didn't sleep on, it feels great. But that firmness never lasts throughout the night! It was so expensive and I can't shell out more money for another bed so I am going to actually remove the pillow top...fingers crossed this takes care of the issue.

I purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper after years of sleeping on what was supposed to be a high quality mattress set from a competitor. I am happy to report after sleeping on my new Serta for a month, I am sleeping through the night, my back and knees do not ache as they did on my old set, I'm not overheated, and feel more rested and energized throughout the day. I'm also pleased with the warranty to back up my Serta. Since my wife has slept on her Serta Perfect Day for 7 years and it's still like new, (with severe back pain she has to sleep alone) I am confident that my mattress set will last many years as well. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE THIS MATTRESS!!! I have been sleeping on this mattress since I received it last June 2012 & it's THE BEST sleeping I have ever done. I have horribly bad back problems & always woke up sore & stiff until I started sleeping on this mattress. I have been enjoying a full nights rest (6-8 hours each night) since the night I received & started sleeping on it. It feels like I am sleeping on a cloud full of soft cotton but there is firmness that supports me completed from head to toe. My ONLY regret is that I didn't purchase it sooner! Thanks to SERTA for developing & producing an AFFORDABLE Mattress with such high quality!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely recommend this mattress! This mattress is the 1st one I have bought after sleeping on it at a motel. The day I checked out, I flipped the mattress up to read the label. I then went to a furniture store that sold Serta but they told me I could not buy that model from the store. So we bought another Serta model, but after a few weeks took it back - it just did not meet our expectations. So I contacted the motel, asked them about the mattress and they referred me to the Guest Purchase program at Serta. I entered the name of the hotel, was able to confirm the model I wanted and it was delivered promptly. Thanks Serta!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LIFE CHANGER!!! I have been suffering with chronic back and leg pain for almost a decade! I kept trying to sleep in my bed but I kept ending up back on my couch. A friend told me about this mattress that she just purchased and how amazing it was. I found it hard to believe BUT I went and tried it out and to make a long story short......I BOUGHT IT! It put Tempurpedic to shame! I have NOT been back to my couch and for the first time in a decade I am sleeping at least 3 hours before I wake up.....prior to this purchase I was lucky to make it to the 45 minute mark. I feel like I am getting a piece of my life back and rest is vital to seeing my health improve! Yes, they cost more but that old saying still rings true "You get what you pay for"! At least Serta backs that up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits all my needs and wants I looked into mattresses for a year prior to me actually being able to buy one. Watching Shopping networks for almost a year and looking online. I came across a Serta and I remembered back to the 80's when i was younger and i loved the commercials. It was decided..it will be a Serta..Love the Sheep. I started Serta shopping..... I tested out 4 Sertas, before i made my decision. I wanted Plush, i have had enough of firm... firm floors, firm blowup beds, all sorts of firms i have had to sleep on. I found a store where i could leave with it immediately..(i am impulsive that way). I LOVE my Serta and i like my decision of buying one. It is Plush and i can move around without waking up my cat who has claimed half of the bed as his. Serta was the way to go for me.

This is the most comfortable mattress I ever slept on. I'm 61 years old and I had a mattress top for 23 years wich was nothing compare to this Serta and the first night I slept on it...I was and I really mean that I was on cloud nine because that's how it felt to sleep on this mattress..I knew the first night and I still feel the same way now when I get into my Serta at night. I love it and I would recomend this mattress to my friends and family.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ok for the price comfortable and priced well. I changed my recommendation to yes because of this. But I also returned my first mattress after less than 2 years because the indentation of my body would not leave. The second mattress is doing the same thing. I sleep alone on a king. I move around or can sleep on one side or the other. But if I sleep in one area for a prolonged to time it leaves an imprint that does not go away, about 1 inch deep. I would think this is worse on a smaller bed or with 2 people that don't move around much

What exactly is an Extended Service Plan?
An extended service plan is generally an extension of your original manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers warranty their products to be free from defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty virtually guarantees you that if your newly purchased product fails, the manufacturer will protect you from the high costs of replacement parts and labor necessary to repair your product. Extended service plans lengthen your product's coverage for up to an additional 60 months (5 years) to insure you get years of performance satisfaction from your newly purchased product.
How is this different than the manufacturer's warranty?
A manufacturer's warranty usually offers limited coverage for a limited time, with parts and labor carrying separate lengths of coverage. For example, a common manufacturer warranty of a product might cover a consumer for one full year on parts defects but only 90 days on the high cost of labor involved to change those parts. Extended service plans provide comprehensive, long term, even length coverage. This means that should your product fail within your plans coverage time frame, both parts and labor costs are covegrey.
How do I buy an Extended Service Plan?

Can I renew my Consumer Priority Service extended service plan?
Yes, service plans are renewable and must be submitted 30 days prior to the original plans expiration. Please contact a sales representative to discuss your renewal options.
What should I do if I need extended service?
Our extended service providers offer an easy to use interactive form online which you may use to request that they initiate a claim on your product. Your other alternative is to call the toll-free number on your extended warranty card or email and have a qualified representative make this request for you with the information you will provide. We believe that our claim initiation request process is the absolute best our industry has to offer. It is designed for simplicity and speed.
Who will perform the service on my product?
Our company works with over 11,000 authorized service professionals. Each technician is extensively trained by the respective manufacturers to provide service on your products. Authorized technicians must complete annual and bi-annual continued education exams in addition to being well versed in manufacturer supplied update bulletins to ensure their level of expertise is as current as the new products which come to market. Generally, the amount of a deductible is almost always proportional to the amount of the premium charged. In order to have a lower deductible, even as low as $0, the plan holder would generally have to agree to a higher premium. For those who want lower premiums, they must agree to a higher deductible. Our extended service plans carry a $0.00 deductible along with low premiums. This means that with an extended service plan there are no high upfront costs and they are committed to cover 100% parts and labor costs on any authorized claim.
When does my warranty start?
Depending on the type of coverage you own, an extended warranty begins at the conclusion of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer’s warranty was 90 day labor and 1 year parts, the extended warranty would begin on the 91st day and continue for the duration of the warranty period. All replacement, commercial and accidental plans begin on the date of purchase.
Why does my plan say "under $1000"?
Some plans carry a dollar value on them. This means that your product's purchase price, excluding tax, delivery and accessories is below the listed price on the contract. It's simply a classification based on the price of purchase of the product under warranty.
What does an accidental plan cover?
If you have added Accidental Coverage to your plan, this plan shall cover unintentional damages as a result of: impact, liquid damage or unintentional physical damage. Accidental Coverage does not cover intentional damages of any kind to the covered product or losses due to theft. Accidental Coverage does not cover willful damage, misuse, damage due to neglect, drops over 6 feet, fire damage or full immersion in water.

Accidental Coverage does not cover damage caused by the use of a product in a way the manufacturer never intended. Coverage for this plan shall begin 30 days after the date of purchase of the covered product.
