Lynx has advanced infrared cooking with the introduction of ProSear2. Moving beyond current infrared technology, ProSear2 is made with Inconel alloy mesh for durability and their unique design results in a 60% reduction in flare ups. Only Lynx ProSear burners are variable, an exclusive feature that allows temperatures to be set for the high intensity heat (up to 1000 degrees!) needed for searing steaks down to gentle temperatures desired for cooking fish and poultry.
