Pilato’s 22 5/8" depth and greater air capture capacity make the unit an excellent choice over pro-style stoves. Add baffl e slot fi lters (available accessory) for greater airfl ow and grease capture when using over pro-style stoves. Designed for standard ducted installation, Pilato can also be installed as a recirculating system using the Recirculating Kit, available as an accessory.
