AeroTech^TM true convection cooking is the cooking system used in our large capacity ovens. Cool air in the oven is drawn in through the centre of the oven and pushed out around the cavity in a dynamic turbulent motion.

Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient and economical cooking technology. It works though electromagnetic vibrations generating heat directly in the pan, rather than indirectly through heating the glass surface like other ceramic cooktops.

All Fisher & Paykel electric and induction cooktops use the Schott Ceran® eco glass.
