This Wall-a-Way Reclining Lift Chair can be placed as close as 3" from the wall and still be able to fully recline. An added feature that this chair offers is the open arm compartment on both armrests that allows for storage, cupholder, etc. There is also a fold-out table.

This model also features the T.V. position to allow for greater comfort while enjoying watching movies, etc. This is one of our top of the line models . Lifetime warranty on frame, lift and reclining mechanisms. Four-year warranty on remaining components. Two Battery Back-up system standard. Note: Battery back-up is not available with 2, 4 or 6 low volt heat/vib or Ultra-EZZ massage. No magazine pocket or armrest or head covers are available for this particular design/model.   • Seat height from floor is 21. Seat depth front to back is 21. Width between armrests is 24. Height of the backrest from top of seat is 28. When fully reclined, the height of the footrest from the floor is 20 and the back of the seat to the tip of the footrest measures 42. The top of the armrest measures 7.5 in height from the top of the seat.
  • Wall-a-way recline with chaise pad standard. Low-volt super quiet motor standard.
  • The frame of the chair is all kiln-dried hardwood; and all stress points are kiln-dried oak. All joints are glued and connected with steel fasteners. Uni-construction of seat-back assembly is independently lab-tested for strength and durability. Gang nails are used at all other critical joints or stress points. All bolts used are top quality grade 5. All bolts go entirely through the wood. No lag screws are used to secure the mechanism. The mechanism is secured by special locking T-Nuts to ensure that the mechanism stays tight throughout the lifetime of the chair. All critical connection points for reclining hardware, etc. have a double locking, nylon, aircraft grade locking nut. All wood screws used are the best and strongest available. Corner blocks are used throughout the chair at all critical points for added strength. An extra rail is used across the top of the seat back to ensure the back stays straight and square.
  • This model features our new SoftLuxe Seat Cushion System with patent pending by Leggett & Platt. This Coil Max Technology is a unique design of quality comfort unlike any other furniture cushion fillers. The SoftLuxe System is constructed of high-density fortified steel springs encased in fabric that provide a long-lasting cushion with maximum comfort. The SoftLuxe technology allows for virtually all foam to be replaced in a seat cshion with our fabric-encased Coil Max coils. The coils in this model are 8 x 8 x 3.5 that are wrapped with a unique dual-density, needle-punched fiber. Since Coil Max coils provide up to 21% less breakdown than the foam used in traditional seat cushions, customers are able to enjoy their cushions for years. These coils are precisely formed by computer control, then pre-compressed and inserted into premium Quantum lightweight fabric to create a soft, noise-reducing pocket arund each individual coil. Each Coil Max flexes independently and adjusts instantly to optimize body contouring and support. They offer initial luxurious softness, followed by firmer support that responds to applied weight. They are more resilient than foam, providing as much lift force when load is removed as when load is applied.
  • The foundation of the chair is the lift base. We have tested all lift bases on the market today and have determined that the Super Sagless lift base (made in the U.S.A.) is the best available. While it is more expensive, it will withstand the constant use and abuse that a lift chair must take. A lift base must be as wide as the base of the chair. The Super Sagless base we use is the most stable base in the upright, lifted position on the market today. This model comes standard with a heavy duty low volt motor.
  • The fabrics used on all Med-Lift chairs meet both CAL 117 and UFAC requirements of flammability. We have an independent lab test our fabrics, foam and fibers once a year toe nsure that they meet correct specifications. We cannot attach the UFAC tag or purchase these tags if our components do not pass the testing.
  • Options available at an additional charge for this model include: Customer's own fabric; Moveable Infrared Heat; Ultra-EZZ III Massage System; Snap-on Head Pillow; 2 Vib/Heat; 4 Vib/Heat; 6 Vib/Heat. What exactly is an Extended Service Plan?
An extended service plan is generally an extension of your original manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers warranty their products to be free from defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty virtually guarantees you that if your newly purchased product fails, the manufacturer will protect you from the high costs of replacement parts and labor necessary to repair your product. Extended service plans lengthen your product's coverage for up to an additional 60 months (5 years) to insure you get years of performance satisfaction from your newly purchased product.
How is this different than the manufacturer's warranty?
A manufacturer's warranty usually offers limited coverage for a limited time, with parts and labor carrying separate lengths of coverage. For example, a common manufacturer warranty of a product might cover a consumer for one full year on parts defects but only 90 days on the high cost of labor involved to change those parts. Extended service plans provide comprehensive, long term, even length coverage. This means that should your product fail within your plans coverage time frame, both parts and labor costs are covegrey.

Who will perform the service on my product?
Our company works with over 11,000 authorized service professionals. Each technician is extensively trained by the respective manufacturers to provide service on your products. Authorized technicians must complete annual and bi-annual continued education exams in addition to being well versed in manufacturer supplied update bulletins to ensure their level of expertise is as current as the new products which come to market. Our service plans are 100% transferable. If you would like transfer ownership of the covegrey product along with its coverage, we require that the request be supplied in writing. Will I have to pay a deductible or any other "hidden costs"?
Generally, the amount of a deductible is almost always proportional to the amount of the premium charged. In order to have a lower deductible, even as low as $0, the plan holder would generally have to agree to a higher premium. For those who want lower premiums, they must agree to a higher deductible. Our extended service plans carry a $0.00 deductible along with low premiums. This means that with an extended service plan there are no high upfront costs and they are committed to cover 100% parts and labor costs on any authorized claim.
When does my warranty start?
Depending on the type of coverage you own, an extended warranty begins at the conclusion of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer’s warranty was 90 day labor and 1 year parts, the extended warranty would begin on the 91st day and continue for the duration of the warranty period. All replacement, commercial and accidental plans begin on the date of purchase.
Why does my plan say "under $1000"?
Some plans carry a dollar value on them. This means that your product's purchase price, excluding tax, delivery and accessories is below the listed price on the contract. It's simply a classification based on the price of purchase of the product under warranty.
What does an accidental plan cover?
If you have added Accidental Coverage to your plan, this plan shall cover unintentional damages as a result of: impact, liquid damage or unintentional physical damage. Accidental Coverage does not cover intentional damages of any kind to the covered product or losses due to theft. Accidental Coverage does not cover willful damage, misuse, damage due to neglect, drops over 6 feet, fire damage or full immersion in water.

Accidental Coverage does not cover damage caused by the use of a product in a way the manufacturer never intended. Coverage for this plan shall begin 30 days after the date of purchase of the covered product.
