We used that appliance almost daily and never had a service problem. This functions almost exactly the same, except we didn't need the convection feature. The turntable is a great feature, the inside cleans easily, and it is quite spacious. The readout is smaller then our old one, and the timer function is connected to the clock, so you have to choose a number to designate which you want to set. Other than that, we are very satisfied."
