Cons: Retailer is not responsible for there mistakes!!!!!!!! "The product is great; the sales staff needs some help. I ordered a product I wanted and it was the wright product in a 27 inch version. I then discovered I had enough room to put in a 30 inch. I called and talked with a representative who said no problem. He said he would take care of it. Well he made a mistake and sent me a 30 inch double oven instead of a microwave oven combo. When I discovered the mistake I called and reported the problem. I was told I would have to split the cost of the return and reshipment $234.00. I felt I had no choice so I agreed. Here is my problem with this: 1. I paid $79.00 shipping for the first wrong shipment. 2. I was told I was splitting the return reshipment fee $234.00 my share. 3. When the item was picked up, I tracked it and it was shipped to another customer in Cincinnati Ohio, not returned to you. What kind of splitting the cost is that? I paid full shipping for the correct item and you spent no more than you would have to ship from you to Cincinnati. Hears the bottom line, you expect to ever see me as a customer again; you get my $234.00 back to me. You made the mistake. True, I did not catch it before the item was delivered, but I expected your representative to know what he is doing.
