The convection really rocks , foods brown beautifully. I find it difficult to go back to a smaller oven ( in my summer home). The backsplash unit (that holds the controls) is in a convenient place. If you are lokking to upgrade from the typical midrange stove, the size alone will make the extra cost of the Bosch a great choice. You will really get good value for your money on this one."
