The JT980 uses special Trivection Technology to combine thermal, convection and microwave energies to produce quality food remarkably fast. This means you'll be Speed baking/Speed broiling by using Trivection technology to cook food up to five times faster than a traditional oven. Of course this unit does use traditional convection baking for multiple racks of food through the combination of a reversing convection fan and a third element surrounding the fan, ensuring even and consistent baking results. The Convection Roast feature provides even cooking and consistent results, roasting meats up to 25% faster than a conventional oven. Another very convenient feature is the Self Cleaning function. Make oven programming quick and easy by selecting the type of food, entering the traditional recipe temperature and entering the traditional cooking time.
Once the oven is programmed, Trivection technology automatically adjusts the ideal heating combination and the cooking time to the food type selected.
Extra-Large Self-Clean Oven
Provides a large oven interior for cooking more dishes and large meals at one time.
Electric wall ovens are not approved for installation with a plug and receptacle.
Ovens must be hard wired in accordance with installation instructions.
Before installing, consult installation instructions packed with the product for current dimensional data.
Cabinets installed adjacent to wall ovens must have an adhesion spec of at least 194 degrees Fahrenheit temperature rating.
If marks, blemishes or the cutout opening is visible above the installed oven, it may be necessary to add wood shims under the runners and front trim until the marks or openings are covered.

White Glove Delivery (7-14 Days):
White Glove Delivery is a special service that is safest for large and overweight items. It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $15 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, please contact our customer service department immediately.
